The RCA is excited to announce that its 2009 Annual Conference and Culinology Expo will take place in Dallas, March 5-8th.  The Annual Conference Planning Committee is hard at work, planning for outstanding speakers, networking opportunities, and culinary experiences that you won't want to miss.  Online registration will become available in December. 

RCA’s 2008 Annual Conference and Culinology Expo in Seattle, WA at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel was an incredible event, thanks to the attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors who made it happen. We have received so many responses from attendees that this was one of the best RCA ever, and we happen to agree! Everything from our record attendance numbers, to our new culinary tours, to our fabulous keynote speaker, to our Friday night dessert reception were a smash hit. We are thrilled that so many of you joined us in Seattle this year, and for those of you who couldn't make it, we urge you to plan early to attend in 2009.
