Exhibit space is initially assigned to prior exhibitors and sponsors based on the RCA Priority Placement System. Those companies elibigle for Priority Placement will be contacted regarding their appointment date and time.

Upon completion of priority placement, space will be offered to other interested companies, assigned on a first come, first served basis. New exhibitors should contact Kristi Kanu to reserve their space.  While RCA will endeavor to assign space as requested, allocation of requested space is not guaranteed.
