RCA Mid-Atlantic Regional

Mason Dixon Chefs Tournament

A group will attend the semi-finals of the tournament with dinner included.  The Mid-Atlantic Region will have private tables at this public event. 

RCA Night at the Tournament: 36 chefs from Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia and Maryland are competing, two at a time, for the title of Mason Dixon Master Chef.  The format requires each chef to prepare a three course meal in one hour. 

We have made arrangements to attend during one of the Semi-Final evening events.  Two of the last four chefs in the competition will compete head to head for a spot in the final that will take place the following week.

5:30 - 6:00 PM: Check-in and Networking.
6:00 - 9:00 PM:  Wine Tasting, Dinner and Tournament

No Onsite registration will be available without pre-approval
Limited Seating - Register online by August 25.

Your choice four course meal:
Poultry: Caribbean jerk rubbed chicken with fresh mango salsa. 
Beef: Steak and shrimp Orleans- Cajun dusted teres major steak and fresh shrimp pan seared and finished with balsamic bbq. 
Vegetarian: Bayou vegetable pasta with Thai basil and spicy sambal, with coconut infused jasmine rice and vegetable du jour.

Once you are registered, you will be contacted to make a course selection. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.  The Belvedere will do its best to accommodate special needs if they know in advance.
