IFT Suppliers' Night 

Join RCA at the upcoming IFT Suppliers' Night in Orlando, Florida. We will have a booth in the vendor expo and have the opportunity to present a short Culinology in action demonstration to share our craft and promote the value of RCA to attendees.  RCA members are encouraged to attend and provide support. Volunteers are needed to man the RCA booth, and if you are interested in participating in the presentation, contact Kevin Anderson to discuss.

Continuing Education Credits Educational components of RCA Regional Events may count toward continuing education for Certified Research Chef (CRC) and Certified Culinary Scientist (CCS) certification renewal process. Learn more
