The RCA South Eastern Region enjoyed a jazzy lunch at the Herman Grimma House in the French Quarter of New Orleans on May 2nd. Leah Chase (Dooky Chase restaurant), Jay Kimball (Chef John Folse and Company), and Charles Ray (Diversified Foods & Seasonings) presented their take on Creole vs. Cajun cooking.
