Event Details:
Join us as at the New Cryovac facility, PackForum Americas, a customer innovation center and packaging lab.  This brand new facility features the latest in packaging technology and equipment (located minutes from the Atlanta airport).  Chef Richard Blais is operates a creative consulting company, focusing on concept and product development and ideation.  Chef Blais is also actively involved in innovative ideation, product sponsorship and team motivation for a few major companies in New York and Miami.  Chef Blais, recently appeared on BRAVO’s ‘Top Chef: Chicago,’ and as well as the Food Network’s ‘Iron Chef America.’ He has been featured in Sports Illustrated, The New York Times, and Food & Wine Magazine for his creative take on American food. Chef Blais will demonstrate his creative style of using sous vide cooking techniques along with Dr. Rhodehamel (Cryovac Food Solutions), Bill Kuekcer (Cryovac Food Solutions). Agenda:
