Why use the RCA Employment Network?

Approximately 2,000 RCA members have access to the Employment Network, helping your company or client connect quickly and cost-effectively to a qualified pool of applicants that include Certified Research Chefs, Certified Culinary Scientists, and recent Culinology® degree graduates.

What is the fee to post a job opening?

The cost for a four-month posting is $600. Your posting will be posted upon receipt of credit card or check payment. At your request, your posting may be removed from the Employment Network at any time prior to the four-month deadline, should you fill the position.

What is the fee to post an internship opening?

There is no cost to post internship opportunities.

How do I apply?

Applying online is the quickest and easiest way to post your job or internship opportunity. Follow the link below to the application. Complete and submit the application. The application includes areas for you to fill out the job details, such as job title, description, compensation, and company information.

You will be then contacted by RCA Headquarters once your job application has been verified, and at that time you will need to make your payment in full in order to complete the process and for your posting to appear online. Internship postings do not require payment and therefore you will not be contacted by Headquarters.

You must apply online for both job and internship postings, even though there is no fee to post an internship opportunity. Once verified, internship postings will be activated without further information or payment needed. You may also apply by calling RCA Headquarters directly.
