July 11 is National Mojito Day in the United States! This traditional Cuban drink is the perfect light and refreshing drink on a hot summer day. We asked Joe Harvey, CFS of Darifair Foods for his favorite mojito recipes, as he was a competitor of our 2019 Culinology Cocktail Competition at the RCA Conference!

2 Tbsp Pomegranate Seeds or 1 oz Pom Juice
Muddle the first four ingredients, add Bacardi Razz, sprite, ice, shake and serve in a high ball glass
