Job Description: This individual must possess a passion for the food and beverage industry, they must be innovative and have the ability to create new menu ideas, identify trends and be a true student of their craft. They must posses’ great communication and presentation skills. They must be knowledgeable and articulate about the food and culinary industry.
This person must provide creative culinary thinking through a diversified service level of experience. Working directly with client customers, developing new concepts and bench standards, creating menu & pastry solutions, leads cross-company projects, and develops culinary programs and training.
Education: Certificate from accredited culinary school, college or technical school.
- Minimum of 5 or more years of hands-on experience of kitchen/culinary supervisory experience.
- General understanding of the marketing field.
- Chain Restaurant experience a plus
