Position Summary
Teach undergraduate and graduate food production, food management, food service, beverage management courses; collaborate with school faculty on scholarly research for course/curriculum development and publication in refereed academic journals or industry-focused journals; advise undergraduate and graduate students; coordinate or produce special food events for The School; serve as principal advisor for Les Gourmets (The School's annual formal dinner); serve on School, College, University, and industry committees.

Minimum Requirements
Masters degree in relevant area of concentration/discipline or Bachelors degree with Five (5) years of culinary or foodservice experience with supervisory responsibilities. Record of demonstrated teaching experience.
Desired Qualifications
Certified Research Chef (CRC – Research Chefs Association); Certified ServeSafe Manager (National Restaurant Association) or equivalent certification.
American Culinary Federation (ACF) certification: Certified Culinary Administrator (CCA), Certified Culinary Educator (CCE), Certified Executive Chef (CEC), or Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC); additional industry certifications.
