You’ll learn about the health and medicinal qualities of the chili pepper, its history, and its beginnings as a hot sauce. This course will show you how hot sauce is made, the science and fermentation behind it, as well as it’s many applications from sweet to savory. Explore the differences between hot sauces as well as learn about the different type of hot sauces the world over.
