We're so excited to partner with Jessica Keahey of Sweet Freedom Cheese for our spring educational event. Jessica will teach us about Cheese 101 and about the science behind cheese making. Then, we'll get in the kitchen to make our own fresh cheeses. We'll finish the evening with a tasting of cheeses (including a few plant-based) paired with wine, beer, tea, and chocolates.
