Job Description: Seeking a multi-tasked and talented R&D Chef that can function successfully in numerous market segments: Military – National Accounts – Wholesale – Retail, Export Product Lines.
Culinary Education: (AOS) preferred but not necessary depending on skillset, attitude and ability.
Culinary Experience: Must have a minimum of five (5) successful years of experience in Innovative Product Development, Menu Analysis, Costing, Ingredient Sourcing, Product Formulation, Production Methods, Quality Assurance, Shelf Life-HAACP Standards, Marketing, and Presentations to Management and Corporate Clientele.
- This R&D Chef would be involved with “Trends” – “Themes” – “Concepts” – and “Product Attributes”
- Product Development Chef would be responsible for developing new ideation of products and programs that generate positive revenues for the company and their clientele.
- The R&D Chef candidate will also need a functional as well as technical knowledge to be able to execute in a high-paced environment with the highest standards of Culinary and Business excellence. A “Team Work” mentality is a…must.
Compensation is commensurate with experience
