  1. Steep Tea in boiling water 15 minutes. Remove from heat, strain & set aside.  
  2. Add Sugar and Water #2 to a heavy bottomed sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. 
  3. Add Hibiscus Tea to Sugar/Water mixture. Blend. Pack and cool on ice before using or refrigerating.
