RCA will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing on or before Wednesday, February 24, 2021. Cancellations should be directed to email@example.com. Telephone cancellations are not accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain an email confirmation of receipt from RCA on or before the cancellation deadline to be considered official. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the end of the event to the original form of payment, less the administrative processing fee. After Wednesday, February 24, 2021, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled for any reason.
Substitutions can be made, without a change fee, by contacting the registration team at firstname.lastname@example.org. No substitutions can be made after the event has begun.
