About the Chefs

Chef Junnie’s passion for food is not limited to baking and pastry, she is a talented culinarian in many global cuisines, especially in Southeast Asian cuisines - Chinese, Indian, Malay & Thai cuisines. With 15 years of experience of in Research & Development, Junnie has led many projects and excels in innovative prototyping, recipe development, commercializing products and product launches in the market. She has an MBA and has enjoyed close collaboration with marketing teams. Junnie is very insightful in culinary trends, consumer insights as well as strategizing the product-launching process. Her creativity, detail-oriented and organization skills has been a great asset on many successful products launch.

Thomas Griffiths, CMC is a strategic culinary and product development leader with a history of accomplishment spanning CPG, food, restaurant, international food service and catering, with additional experience as a Professor with the Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Master Chefs (CMC) in the ACF. Chef Griffiths is currently the Vice President of R&D for Freshly, America’s most popular home meal delivery. He leads a team of Chefs, Product Developers and Scientists in preparing delicious & healthy, global meals and bowls for the Freshly menu. He is an expert in culinary ideation, trends research and product development. He is passionate about preparing delicious and wholesome food for everyone.


About the Cooking at Home with RCA Chefs Series: 
RCA is excited to launch “Cooking at Home with RCA Chefs” – a series of live, cook-at-home workshops hosted by renowned RCA chefs!

Cooking at Home with RCA Chefs is an exclusive RCA experience where you can cook alongside respected RCA chefs at home in a virtual setting. Each one-hour session features a different cuisine or celebrates a particular holiday, making for a fun and educational program.

You don’t need any special equipment – just set yourself up in your kitchen and follow the steps from the RCA chef to create your own culinary treats. Or, just watch and learn from the comfort of your couch! Our chefs will guide you through the recipe, offering tips and suggestions along the way. You can even use the “Chat” function on the platform to ask questions or offer comments.

Proceeds from the Cooking at Home with RCA Chefs Series will go to RCA’s 25th Anniversary Campaign.
