RCA Chicagoland Region Event: Women in Champagne Seminar and Dinner

Join the RCA Chicagoland region for a festive event to celebrate the holiday season at Heritage Restaurant and Caviar Bar. Historian and champagne lover Ellie Anderson will give a presentation on Women in Champagne. The presentation focuses on four women, historical and current, who have had a profound impact on the Champagne industry by way of the houses of Veuve Clicquot, Pommery, Bollinger and Ayala.

The presentation is enhanced by a four-course dinner featuring the wines of these famous Champagne estates paired with dishes inspired by women who have influenced the cuisine of Sous Chef Nikolai Dhillon.
