Jared Hales has worked in the coffee industry since 2008 in positions ranging from barista to roaster to green coffee buyer to educator. He has held the Q Arabica Grader certificate since 2015 and has cupped thousands of different coffees. In Spring of 2020, Jared started the green coffee importing company Hacea Coffee Source to continue serving specialty coffee roasters of all sizes.
