GTA Bean.png

The Research Chef's Association of Ontario presents The Workshop Series - a collection of intimate hands-on networking and learning events intended for Product Development professionals and Chefs looking for unique deep-dives into the rich culinary and food science offerings of Toronto and the GTA.

Join us at ChocoSol, a local horizontal trade chocolate and coffee company with an emphasis on ecology and direct sourcing from Mexico. Their commitment to sustainability and stone grinding technique yields unique offerings boasting high cacao content chocolate.

We will be given a site tour and chocolate tasting, learn about the history of ChocoSol, cocoa, and the globalization impact of the chocolate industry.

The group will also participate in hands on chocolate moulding, healthy truffle making, and get the chance to savour some of ChocoSol's wares.
