Join the Chicagoland Region at Vienna Beef and hear Chef Hadley Katzenbach, Culinary Development Chef at Southeastern Mills, present "Hot Sauce 101," covering the history and production of that well-beloved condiment and ingredient. The program includes a blind tasting of hot sauces and evaluation criteria. Attendees will have the opportunity for professional networking and a chance to visit the Vienna Beef Museum.
