Event Summary: Are you looking to strengthen your foundational knowledge or simply refresh your understanding of flour functionality? Join us for Flour 101, an introductory session presented by Jim Beauregard from The Mennel Milling Company. This virtual lunch and learn will cover the fundamentals of wheat and flour, including wheat types and how different flours impact performance across a variety of applications. Attendees will gain practical insights into selecting the right flour for product needs, along with tips to optimize quality and consistency in finished applications.
