Join the Research Chefs Association (RCA) and the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes technical tour, tasting and discussion at Ready Foods, the leading food co-manufacturer in Colorado. Whether you’re a culinary scientist, product developer, food operations leader or looking for your next great role, this joint regional event offers a rare look at how dynamic food concepts evolve from kitchen-scale prototypes into commercial-ready products Guests will take an exclusive tour of the Ready Foods Fox Facility to see robotics, industrial scale-up and commercial food processing in action. Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to connect with peers across RCA and IFT at interactive discussion tables focused on the hottest topics challenging our industry. New innovative concepts will also be available for sampling along with free food and beverage generously donated by Ready Foods. This event is free to all members and non-members of both organizations but please register so we can plan for accommodating food and beverage.
