Event Summary:
Join the RCA Texas Region for a special networking reception at Pegasus City Brewery in Dallas, held in conjunction with the Research Chefs Association Board of Directors meeting in DFW. This relaxed evening will bring together RCA Board members, Texas Region members, and professionals from across culinary R&D, food science, product development, manufacturing, sales, and the broader food industry. With RCA leadership gathering in North Texas, this is a great opportunity to make new connections, meet members of the Board of Directors, strengthen relationships within the Texas Region, and learn more about ways to engage with RCA and the Culinology® community.
