Description: This is the first class in a 2-part series to prepare you for the CRC Exam. This class is 10 weeks long and includes basic chemistry, water, pH, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, additives, nutrition and packaging. The course is based on the RCA Certification Committee Study Guide with content, reading and test questions designed to help you pass the CRC exam.
