Higher Education Summit

RCA is proud to announce the Higher Education Summit, a new event dedicated to helping universities and colleges develop students’ education in Culinology – the blending of culinary arts and food sciences.

Supported through the generosity of Culinex, Seattle, as well as several other long-term RCA member companies, the RCA Higher Education Summit has the focused purpose to discuss best practices, curriculum development and student retention and recruitment across universities.
