Give
New England Region 2020 Student Scholarship (copy)

The New England Region of the RCA (NERCA) is proud to announce its fourth annual student scholarship program specifically designed for students in the New England region.  It has long been a goal of the NERCA Board members to provide student scholarships as a way to acknowledge the academic pursuit of students studying Culinary Arts and Food Science and their goals to encompass Culinology within their future goals in the food industry.

The scholarship awards for 2022 are $750.00, and two awards are available.  Scholarships will be awarded on the merits of academic achievement of a minimum 3.0 GPA, with a focus on culinology and food science as incorporated into academics and work.  Students must be a member of the RCA, and be an undergraduate or graduate student in a New England school or university, (CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME).

Deadline for applications is March 15, 2022.  Announcements will be made by April 15, 2022.  All applications must be complete with credential requirements consisting of: proof of RCA membership,  2 letters of reference from Professor and/or Food Industry Professionals, Official university transcript, completion of 6 short questions and 1 essay on culinology.
