Get to Know Allison

Allison Oesterle is the Director of Culinary R&D for Shake Shack, leading both domestic and global research and development since 2015.  Prior to that she was the Director of Product Development for Zaxby’s Franchising.  Allison holds a Master’s of Food Technology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
