Aly Moore is the leading expert in public relations and events that make the efforts of edible insect companies more digestible. She has been featured on sites like Forbes and Food & Wine. After studying public health at Yale University, Aly has gone on to found two tech startups and continues to share her love of edible insects with audiences across the world.
