Dr. David Newman is an expert on meat quality, meat processing, and livestock production. He is an associate professor of Animal Sciences at Arkansas State University and also owns and operates a family business that focuses on producing high-end pork products, Newman Farm Heritage Berkshire Pork. As a farmer, professor, and research scientist Dr. Newman works to incorporate the farm to table perspective on meat products and production.
