Get to Know Tracey
As vice president of marketing for the Certified Angus Beef® brand, Tracey Erickson guides her team to share beef quality messages and the rich heritage of family ranchers with consumers worldwide. She’s led the brand’s consumer marketing programs since 1998, which today include account marketing strategies, education, culinary arts, communications, digital marketing, public relations, advertising, research and graphic design.
Prior to this role, Tracey served as international director for five years, where she was instrumental in developing sound licensing policies and procedures for several markets. International sales during her tenure tripled in volume and expanded to 33 global markets.
Tracey earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science and master’s degree in the Agricultural Beef Industry Leadership Program at Colorado State University. She and her husband, Brett, have five children and reside in Smithville, Ohio. Their family enjoys school sports, horses, outdoor adventures, travel and culinary exploration.
