Gabrielle Draper is a Technical Advisor and Chef with Barry Callebaut at their Chicago, Illinois location. She has been with Barry Callebaut since October of 2015. She has extensive experience leading customer training and education sessions on a variety of chocolate topics and working on concept and application innovations for customers.

Gabrielle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her current role, including high volume pastry work honed at Stowe Mountain Lodge working as the Head Pastry Chef, and working at other well-renowned hotels such as The Breakers in Palm Beach. Her current work allows her to continue to sharpen her deep technical knowledge by developing and creating innovative applications for manufacturer customers based on market trends.
