Phil Saneski After cooking in San Francisco Chronicle Top 100 Bay Area restaurants, Michelin-Star kitchens, upscale hotels and at AQ Restaurant, a James Beard Award finalist for best new restaurant in the country, Philip led the launch of the RCA Student Committee in 2016 then the Evolution of Food Waste product development student competition at the 2017 annual RCA conference. As the Vice President of Product, Philip proud to be the founding chef for ReGrained, a mission-driven startup that upcycles craft brewers' "spent" grain into a high protein, high fiber, high impact value-add ingredient and raises the bar on sustainable packaging. Philip is also a community organizer for the OpenIDEO Food Waste Alliance, a global platform of food waste innovators, foundations and government agencies all working towards a world with zero waste.
