Samual Burges is a Culinary entrepreneur, published food writer and student at Johnson & Wales studying Culinary Nutrition, Food Science & Product Development. Sam has worked in multiple kitchens across New Jersey, New England and San Diego, CA to refine his skills and earn an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. He is a candidate for Culinary Nutrition, Food Science & Product Development degree and plans on working in the product development field as a R&D chef or product optimizer.

Currently working as a co-founder to the start-up R&D company OURgrain. The company focuses on applied food sustainability by up-cycling Brewers' Spent Grain (BSG) to a variety of products in order to alleviate waste and diversify product for Breweries.

Sam brings his personality and creativity into everything that he works on, and makes a strong addition to any event, media team or kitchen.
