National Student Savory Culinology® Competition
Student teams will developed a proposal for a frozen retail, single serving, microwavable meal. The theme for the entrées was cuisine of Southern Georgia-style United States as served in “Mom and Pop” style locally owned restaurants.
RCA held the student competition in Savannah, GA on Tuesday, March 27.
