Pre-conference Tours

Post-conference Tours 

We are ending the 2017 Annual Conference with two exciting post-conference tours on Saturday, March 18, including a Chinchorro tour and a walking tour of Old San Juan.

Guest Policy

Conference attendees are allowed to bring guests. A guest is a person accompanying you to the conference that is not involved in the industry and not limited to spouses only. Guests who purchase this badge are welcome to attend the Wednesday reception and Friday awards reception. Guests must be 16+ years of age. 

Book a Guest Tour Today

Guests may purchase and participate in one of the many available guest tours. These tours are an additional cost, but a guest badge is not required to be purchased to go on one of these tours. Learn more about the available guest tours.

Guest tours are not coordinated through RCA, but rather through a third party called Destination Puerto Rico. While other RCA guests could be on their tour, there may also be other participants as well.

If you are interested in participating in a tour, please call Destination Puerto Rico at 787.724.3811 to make a reservation.

Destination Puerto Rico opens daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and is a trademark of Travel Services, Inc. Please mention RCA upon inquiring about a guest tour and making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after Feb. 13, 2017. All refunds will be processed following conference. Please contact RCA registration at registration@culinology.org to cancel or make changes to your registration.
