As program director and assistant clinical professor of culinary arts and food science in the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Dr. Trout and her husband, an associate professor at Stockton University, host their international students on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving in their home for a traditional turkey dinner."
