Workshop Two: International Street Food Hors d'oeuvres for the Holiday Season

Session Description: Looking to change up your holiday season Hors d'oeuvres? Chef Hinnerk von Bargen has selected an assortment of authentic and delicious street food recipes that he has discovered during his extensive culinary travels. He has designed them to be prepared in advance and to be finished with minimal effort once you are ready to serve. This will allow you to spend memorable moments with your friends without having to leave the party to slave away in the kitchen, or depend on the uncertainty of having to rely on a caterer. Happy holidays!

Attendees will earn 1 CE credit.

A professor and team leader at The Culinary Institue of America, San Antonio, Chef von Bargen teaches most courses in the associate degree program, as well as ProChef Certification and classes for food enthusiasts. He also enjoys opportunities to get involved in projects for CIA Consulting.

RCA is excited to launch “Cooking at Home With RCA Chefs” – a series of live, cook-at-home workshops hosted by renowned RCA chefs!

Cooking at Home With RCA Chefs is an exclusive RCA experience where you can cook alongside respected RCA chefs at home in a virtual setting. Each one-hour session features a different cuisine or celebrates a particular holiday, making for a fun and educational program.

You don’t need any special equipment – just set yourself up in your kitchen and follow the steps from the RCA chef to create your own culinary treats. Or, just watch and learn from the comfort of your couch! Our chefs will guide you through the recipe, offering tips and suggestions along the way. You can even use the “Chat” function on the platform to ask questions or offer comments.

Proceeds from the Cooking at Home With RCA Chefs Series will go to RCA’s 25th Anniversary Campaign.
