Speaker:
Seth Ekberg is a Chicago-based digital content production director and photographer at The Food Group, where he leads the creation of high-performing photo and video content for major food and beverage brands.

With extensive experience across both agency and in-house environments, Seth has worked on a wide range of culinary-focused campaigns—developing content for social, digital advertising, and brand storytelling. His work blends a deep understanding of food styling, lighting, and composition with a strategic approach to content that performs in today’s fast-moving digital landscape.

In addition to leading internal creative teams and directing productions, Seth works closely with chefs, marketers, and brand teams to translate culinary ideas into compelling visual content. Through his teaching, he focuses on helping chefs create polished, professional-looking imagery using approachable techniques that can be applied in real kitchen environments.
