2021 Student Culinology Competition

The Student Culinology Competition, sponsored by AjinomotoFlorida Food Products and IFF, brings creativity to the university campus. Students are challenged to create a better-for-you concept that can be served at their school’s dining halls. The concept must contain at least 10% less sugar than a standard formula, and must be flavorful and on trend. In addition to creating this concept, the teams must construct an effective presentation that would convince their school’s foodservice contractor to bring the item to the menu.
