Mushroom Matters

Join the RCA Chicagoland at Four Star Mushrooms for an in-depth exploration of cultivated exotic mushrooms.  Four Star Mushrooms Founder and President Joe Weber will present the process and life cycle of specialty mushrooms and lead a tour of their artisanal growing facilities.  The program will finish with a tasting of a number of mushroom varieties. 

Four Star Mushrooms is a premium brand cultivating a variety of specialty mushrooms for renowned chefs and a selection of retailers in Chicago. They operate a controlled environment agriculture facility to precisely control variables that affect the mushrooms growth, allowing them to consistently produce high-quality mushrooms 365 days/year. They work with most of the Michelin star restaurants and chefs in Chicago but also service 200+ restaurants, hotels, caterers, corporate cafes, and private clubs across Chicago and surrounding suburbs. 

Program is limited to 35 attendees. (Morel of the story don’t have mush room for any more fungis)
