Speakers:

Andrea Chan is the Innovation Manager at the American Egg Board, where she leads client partnerships and business development for the Eggcelerator Lab. In this role, Andrea collaborates with client partners to address their unique needs and help them achieve their innovation goals. Prior to joining AEB, Andrea led the marketing and partnerships team at Union Kitchen, a food business accelerator in Washington, D.C., where she recruited 90+ emerging brands and supported their journey to launching CPG businesses.

Dana Lawnzak is the Director of Food Chain Outreach at the American Egg Board, where she leads initiatives that build and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in retail, foodservice, and consumer packaged goods. With a focus on driving growth, Dana leverages her extensive industry experience to foster collaborations that lead to long-term success across the food sector.

Chef Nelson Serrano-Bahri’s culinary and food science education, along with his work at Kraft, Nestle, Unilever, as an entrepreneur in his native Puerto Rico, and most recently at Ingredion, have helped contribute to his success. Today, he leverages his experiences in his current role as Director of Innovation for the American Egg Board (AEB). Together with the Eggcelerator Lab, AEB’s Innovation engine, Serrano-Bahri works with food companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs to help them in their quest to create successful food and beverages, while promoting the use and functionality of eggs as a powerhouse clean-label nutritious ingredient."
