Join the Almond Board of California for an insightful webinar exploring the “Art of Snacking," and how consumers’ snacking habits are shaping innovations. Culinary expert Jill Houk will lead a dynamic virtual demonstration showcasing the technical applications of various almond forms, with a specific focus on the transformative power of almond flour and almond butter.

Speaker Information:

Jill Houk

From information technology to the kitchen, Jill Houk's journey showcases her unique blend of analytical skills and deep culinary knowledge. Currently serving as Research and Development Chef for Culinary Culture, she develops products for retail and foodservice, as well as represents food companies on sales calls and at trade shows. Her 20-year career has included roles as a health-focused caterer and personal chef, cookbook author, podcaster, television personality, product developer and culinary director. Houk’s work has positively impacted countless food products across the nation, and she is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of chefs and product developers. Houk is a Certified Research Chef and is active in the Research Chefs Association.

Lauren Witham

Lauren is an Account Director at Tastewise, the AI-driven consumer data platform for the food and beverage industry. She is responsible for managing the strategic partnership and growth of Tastewise’s largest customers all whilst driving value and serving as a trusted advocate within the AI & Food and Beverage space leveraging her deep understanding of bringing data-driven strategies to have real impact across innovation, marketing, and product development.
