Join us for an exciting evening where three industry boards team up with Cincinnati State students to decode the art of food formulation! Get ready for an unforgettable night as three regional chapters unite for a unique event with select Cincinnati State students! Join us in exploring the fascinating world of food formulation and innovation.
What to Expect:
Live Demonstrations: Watch as talented Cincinnati State students team up with industry judges to decode the secrets behind a popular commercial food product. They’ll use their sensory skills, ingredient knowledge, and formulation techniques to reverse engineer this culinary creation right before your eyes!
Networking Opportunities: As a special bonus for students, we’ll have dedicated tables set up for short sessions with industry professionals. This is your chance to gain valuable insights on how to craft the perfect resume and prepare for internships or full-time roles after graduation.
5:45 – 6:30 PM – Networking with light hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
6:30 – 8:00 PM – Main Event (ATLC 043 Demonstration Kitchen)
8:00 – 8:30 PM – Closing remarks
