Speakers:
Mr. John Mastela has over 35 years of RF and Microwave experience in design engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing. His broad technical background ranges from design and application engineering to program management, manufacturing, QA and test. After leaving the US Navy, John worked in RF engineering and management roles at Motorola, Frequency Products Inc, Benchmark, Richardson Electronics and Elite RF before starting JFM Technical in 2023. In addition to his rich professional experience, he is the President of the Board of Governors Executive Committee for the International Microwave Power Institute (IMPI), Director-Americas of the Solid-State RF Energy Section and has involvement in several other industry organizations.
Chef David Johnivin has worked in kitchens for most of his life. Primarily in the private club sector in the Minneapolis market. He started working with RATIONAL Cooking Systems in kitchens over a decade ago. He was a RATIONAL Certified Chef for a number of years prior to joining the organization. As a RATIONAL Certified Chef, he would work directly with end users training them on their new RATIONAL equipment. He is currently working in his 4th year of full-time employment with RATIONAL. Current tasks include managing sales and support for Rational’s latest innovation iHexagon.
