- Stop 1: Maprang Bakery & Cafe
- A Thai-owned bakery that makes a variety of cakes, danishes, and croissants, as well as a wide range of coffee, tea, and lattes
- Stop 2: Union Square Donuts
- A donut shop that originated in Union Square and now has 6 locations around Boston, Somerville, and Cambridge
- Stop 3: Yafa Bakery & Café
- A Palestinian bakery with a wide range of sweet pastries and savory breads, as well as coffee and tea drinks
- Stop 4: Bow Market
- One of the great community hubs of Somerville, with about 30 different food, drink, art, and retail vendors
- Stop 5: Himalayan Kitchen
- Our lunch spot. Close the loop with a catered lunch of Nepalese & Indian fusion comfort food where we will enjoy a relaxed setting to connect, compare notes, and translate tastings into actionable concepts.
