Overview:

Get ready for an evening where culinary creativity meets technical innovation! We're joining forces with the Rocky Mountain Institute of Food Technologists (RMIFT) for an immersive, behind-the-scenes look at the fascinating world of craft cider production. This collaborative event is designed specifically for food industry professionals looking to sharpen their knowledge while expanding their local network.

Event Agenda:

5:00-5:45pm – Check-in and tasting

5:45-6:45pm – Tour of the brewery

6:45-8pm – Dinner, drinks, and networking

Your evening begins with a curated tasting session, where you'll explore a variety of flavor profiles and technical nuances that define premium cider. Following the tasting, we will go “behind the glass" for an exclusive brewery tour. You’ll get an insider’s perspective on the fermentation process, ingredient selection, and the scientific precision required to scale craft beverages in today’s market.

The night concludes with a networking dinner. Over a shared meal and drinks, you'll have the chance to swap insights with fellow food scientists, research chefs, and industry leaders. Whether you’re looking to spark a new collaboration or simply stay ahead of industry trends, this event offers the perfect blend of education and community.
