Join Texas Research Chefs Association regional Chair, Adrienne Alisauski, for a bi-weekly virtual coffee chat. 

The Texas region is kicking off its founding with a series of casual web meetings to discuss needs from the local culinology community, trends, education, further event opportunities.

The series is free to join and we encourage local culinologists, food scientists, chefs and students to share how they feel the Texas Regional RCA chapter can bring value to their work, and what the emerging trends are in their area of expertise.  

February 6th will be the first, of what we hope to be a running bi-weekly chat series.
