Leadership doesn’t start with a title—it starts with speaking up. Join us for an informal coffee chat designed for students and young professionals who want to build confidence, ask better questions, and step into leadership early.
This session introduces the idea of “raising hail”—choosing visibility, embracing discomfort, and taking action even when you don’t feel ready. Through real examples and practical takeaways, you’ll learn when to speak up, how to contribute with confidence, and how small moments of courage can create real impact.
